Our Story
Our Story
The Mind to Heart Association is a not-for-profit community-based organization. It is founded by a group of community members, special educators, and trained mental health professionals.
We strongly recognize the need for a local organization dedicated to helping individuals, families, children, youth, and senior citizens with mental health issues.
Since 2020, the Mind to Heart Association has empowered individuals, families, educators, community workers, and professionals through seminars, workshops, group therapy sessions, and individual consultations.
We focus on our community's needs and offer projects, trainings, and workshops designed to cater to those requirements. We also help build resources and plans for individuals and institutions working with youth, seniors, immigrants, and other diverse populations.
Immigrants
Immigrants often face numerous mental health challenges as they navigate through the process of settling into a new country. Mind to Heart Association has designed projects to help them navigate their new realities.
Seniors
Many seniors struggle with their mental health and social-emotional needs, and it is crucial to provide them with the necessary support. We have conducted programs to foster such social needs.
